Welcoming takes place at the reception desk or at our beautiful outdoor area. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00 according to Covid-19 measurements, in order to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of the rooms.
The rooms provided to our guests are properly cleaned and disinfected. Maintenance service is only available when guests are not in the room. We follow a strict cleaning and disinfection schedule using selected and certified products from world acclaimed suppliers. Our guests are encouraged to use the W.C. of their room and not the public W.Cs as much as possible. Common areas, including public toilets, are frequently cleaned and disinfected.
Our Cocktail snack bar and restaurant are strictly following the HACCP protocol. The buffet breakfast restaurant is reorganized and managed by our cooks and members. The setting of the tables follows the instructions of physical distance. According to the measurements, guests and staff use Personal Protective Equipment. The bar is reorganized to ensure physical distance.
Sunbeds will be disinfected frequently. PH and chlorine levels are monitored daily to ensure the disinfection of the pool.
